"The resort was AMAZING! We had such a wonderful time. The beach was crystal clear, a little cold when you first step in but afterwards exquisite! Our butler was the BEST, Juan Alejandro, he was so so helpful to us. If we needed a special arrangement he took care of it, we needed lounge chairs and the beach, he took care of it, when we wanted to reserve Bali beds, he took care of it. He was also so friendly and warm towards us, that makes a big difference. Our housekeeper, Kenio, was also amazing. She made sure our room was not only clean but made it special for us when we would return from the beach. Rose petals, wine bottle, etc. Even the bellhop was amazing! Mauricio, was a ball to talk to and so friendly!
Everyone we encounter was super friendly!
That being said, the only downside was our room was outdated. We reserved the Preferred king pool side room, the pool was good but we didn’t use it because the because was stupendous! The room need some updated! Other than that we had an awesome time. I would highly recommend this resort!"
