"Friendly staff and quick check in. Big, clean, comfortable room (non-pet, room 234). Heated pool was much warmer than expected and a pleasant surprise with the cooler temps in the evening. The hot tub was also great after a long day at the national parks (hot tub does need to be acid washed though) With plenty of parking, a fantastic hot breakfast, and close proximity to downtown Moab and both national parks, this place is hard to beat. Plus, cookies in the afternoon sealed the deal!"

"We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a large and have plenty of places to put your things. There is a nice, big common space with ping-pong and board games, if you need something to do after dark. Our only complaint is with solid floors in the hall and rooms, noise travels easily between the two. It’s located in a perfect spot between Arches and Moab! We’d definitely stay again!"

"I thought it was bizarre they charge their hotel guests $14 to park while they are staying there but I justified it because the nights stay even with that fee was still reasonable for very luxurious accommodations. Still, there was something psychological about paying for parking. I would have rathered they just include that into the lodging cost as skipping that in seems sneaky and dishonest. The hotel is very beautiful, clean and well maintained. My stay is usually just one night when I’m flying out at the nearby airport but I would never leave my car there while I’m traveling. I saw it was. Slightly cheaper to leave my car at the airport while I’m out of town."

"My children, grandchildren, and I loved that the hospitality staff refreshed the apples, perfect bananas, and oranges constantly, no matter what breakfast time we ate at. For us, they served the best bacon I have ever had at any hotel free breakfast bar. (I prefer crispy, but not overdone. Some hotels serve bacon with lots of fat still on it, though some folks like it that way.)"

"I arrived after normal business hours and the front desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. The price was incredible. Parking was easy. It might not be a very fancy place to stay, but it was a very comfortable place to stay. I'll be returning to Vernal, everybso often and this will probably be my go to hotel when I go and stay there overnight. Other than crumbs under the cushion of the lounge chair the room was well cleaned and stocked with the expected essentials. "
