Terribly out-dated beds, our room smelled like dog pee, the pool had too much chlorine and ruined our swimsuits. Our shower was filthy on the door track. Like way gross. Our AC didn’t work right, we were waking up sweating it was so hot but it was on doing the best it could.

I LOVE this place …. Greatest place to stay in Moab … the pool is great and a good depth … the jacuzzi is huge ! And features a waterfall … not to mention the views from the window are awesome … I only stay here and nowhere else

All Good, The various doors, not so much.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on this trip. Service was prompt, friendly and accurate, the breakfast buffet was consistently good, and the room was comfortable and clean. Our issues all had to do with doors: 1) The bathroom door (Room 242) was not balanced properly, so it could not be left only minimally ajar to provide lighting for two seniors who do not necessarily sleep through the night; 2) The Door Open button in both guest elevators was overridden by a call from above or below or, even, by pressing the desired floor then holding the Door Open button; my wife, slowed by her use of a walker was almost knocked over by the closing elevator door while entering or exiting at her “speed;” 3) The closer on the glass double doors from the Parking level elevator lobby into the garage was not properly set, so the door would slam if left open, rather than closing gradually. With luggage going in and out, sometimes one does not have an extra hand to close the door manually. That’s why the door has the closer mechanism. These are minor quibbles to an otherwise excellent experience.
