The restaurant and bar are closed during the "off-season". The room is advertised as soundproof, but each morning there were very loud noises from the Maintanance team doing construction. I was going to call the front desk but the phone was inoperative. These issues should've clearly been advertised. I got over over charged too. Was advertised at $51.99 per night

We choose to stay here every time we go through Moab. They have nice clean dog friendly rooms. There is a small snack section or you can het something bigger at the little cafe. There is also a good assortment of breakfast choices.

This hotel is famous for it's great breakfast. We found the review is very good hence we booked for a few days. Indeed the breakfast is great, it has many healthy options, and better than some hotels named as 3-star hotels. The hotel is very close to the Arch and Canyonloands NP. And it is very quiet though even it's close to the road. The staff is super nice, he gave me a free upgrade to 3 queen bed-room, which has a good mountain view. We definitely will visit here again next time we vist the Arch NP.

Spacious clean room with Mountain View. Close to the Arches Park as well as downtown. Great staff. Will stay again at this hotel despite the fact that rooms do not have soundproof. Good breakfast. And there are recycling bins in the hallway.

The best room rate in town. We only intended to stay one night and ended up staying an additional two nights. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. We used the pool and hot tub. Both are maintained in excellent condition. Free breakfast was wonderful and the staff are top notch. This is my go to place when I go to Moab.
