"We’ve been to mazatlan 4 times and the previous three we stayed next door at the Holiday Inn. This property is an upgrade, although the fitness center was somewhat lacking. Loved the room, view, and proximity to the Malecon for walking. This is the Golden Zone, so it’s deemed relatively safe. Lots of Americans and Canadians. Be sure to eat breakfast down the street at Pablo’s! "

"The hotel was clean, our room and especially the bed very comfortable, fabulous views. Great pools and lounge areas. Location is fantastic-walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Our housekeepers Liliana & Madera were very friendly and made sure our room was spotless every day. The general manager Ben greeted us while going through the lobby one afternoon and took the time to chat. Good happy hour margaritas. Appreciated the filtered water filing stations in the hotel. We will be back. "

"This hotel is on the Melecon. The hotel and pool area are kept super clean and are in good condition. We also appreciated that the hot tube water temperature was actually warm. This is rare in mexico..The staff were all wonderful and a special thank you to Marcos the manager. The negatives were: a little noisy on the Malecon, only two people in hotel spoke english and the internet needs updating. The internet speed was good but it dropped out often requiring resign in. I would also like to recommend to management that they add drawers for clothes storage. Overall though because of the great staff and up keep of hotel we rated this highly. For the price this hotel is great value."

"didn't like that once you had 8 booked restaurants you could not book anymore. That's wrong. When you are there for a month 8 bookings will happen. The app needs to be corrected."
