"While this building seems a little and slightly dated, the room we got was huge! The bathroom was roomy and with a shower/tub. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was fantastic with lots of choices. Even though we had an issue with an incorrect room service order, they resolved it quickly and apologized greatly which was appreciated. The airport shuttle was helpful. If you are heading to downtown Dublin you can either take a bus from the airport or get a taxi. Keep in mind a taxi will cost about 30 euros."

"There are many reasons to stay at this hotel. 1/ The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. 2/ The morning breakfast has many options and is a great way to start the day. 3/ The property is in a great location and makes it a wonderful starting point to any adventure. 4/ The rooms are clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. There was a bar on the side of our room and we could hear the late night 'thump thump thump' of its music. This, however, is beyond the hotel's control but is something customers should be aware of. This was my third visit to Dublin. The first time I stayed in the Liberties. The second time I stayed in the Temple Bar area. This time I brought my 13 year old son with me and I wanted a hotel in a quiet yet convenient locaton. The Holiday Inn fit the bill. We were both very happy with our stay here. We spent a great time walking the city each day (we walked to the Zoo, the botanical gardens, Guiness, etc) and the hotel was a wonderful place to end up at each night. The staff were all quiet suberb. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Dublin. "

"We ended up returning to this property later in our week because it worked so well for our family with 2 young adult children! It is amazingly QUIET despite the local concert theater and public transit. We slept so well there! The 2 bedroom suite was ideal, including the huge couch 2 nights. Kitchen is more than adequate. Faucet mount was loose and they only had 2 towels in place for 4 guests, but delivered more asked."
