Location was great and walkable to most places. Unfortunately, there was a fire evacuation late the first night for at least 2 hours. Our room on the second floor was among the most affected and they finally gave us a new room around midnight. There was no access at all to any rooms on the second floor because of the smoke. I have severe asthma and wasn’t able to access my medicine in our room. Smoke is particularly triggering and dangerous for asthma. My 10 year old daughter has severe hearing loss and couldn’t access her hearing aid charger. We were put in a much smaller room, without access to our medicines. We didn’t get any information from the hotel, and not even the day after we get information letting us know it was safe to go back to our first room to get our things. We went on our own this morning to get our things and my daughter’s hearing aids barely have any charge today because they couldn’t charge overnight. We’d like a refund for what happened since out two days there were ruined by the incident. We paid through Expedia and the hotel manager told us he can’t give us a refund because it has to go through RYUs complaint channel. We emailed them and Expedia and have not hear anything back from the Hotel or Expedia.

From check in to departure staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was fantastic. Transportation very nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we visit Dublin again.

First time staying here & cant wait to come back, highly recommend this hotel. Within working distance to all local shops/bars & public transport right outside. Average taxi fare was €30 from dublin airport. We had a lovely breakfast, continental with lots to choose from, including hot food, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, toast. I would happily recommend this hotel

The property was in a great location. Wonderful dining options. We had no idea we were staying during the Gaelic Football Finals. The staff did a fabulous job in keeping everyone informed regarding crowds and ensuring that we’re quick grab and go options for drinks and food. They also did a great job in managing the breakfast crowds.

The wifi was terrible. If you are using wifi for all of your communications home it wouldnt connect in our room. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and professional. Location was great!
