A lively hotel with a comfortable room in a popular part of town. The breakfast is good quality. The one negative is that the light controls are far too complicated, even following the online instructions, which shouldn’t be needed just to turn lights on and off!

Rooms very small with no space to open suitcase except on the bed to take out what you needed and then try and find a space to store the suitcase. Bathroom sink was plugged and there was no hot water in the shower in one of the rooms we were in.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was pricey for the limited food offered. We choose the cozy queen room, and it was indeed cozy as in small. Better for one person not two.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was small for two people but it worked. Breakfast was great. On and off bus was one block away which I highly recommend. Outside hotel was questionable in that you should be aware of your surroundings. But, that can be true for all of Dublin.

The bar and restaurant offered a limited menu, and the food quality could be improved. The surrounding area felt a bit unsafe at night, so I preferred not to go out after dark. However, the room itself was very good, although I would have appreciated softer pillows.

The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. My husband and I had a lot of fun playing around with the lights in the room. You have the ability to change colours. Everything was within a 20-30 minute walk to the downtown scene in Dublin. Lots of good food and pubs withing a 5 min walk of the hotel. We stayed at a lot of hotels on our trip and this was the best stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would probably stay here again should we come back to Dublin. Pros: The room was small but we knew this coming in. Compared to other “small” rooms, it was very well-designed, no wasted space, large windows make the room seem bigger and there is common space on the main floor. These are all improvements over previous “small” rooms we have stayed in. We had a comfortable bed, good pillows and a window that opens. The laundry service offered at the hotel was very helpful on the last stop of a long trip. Location is amazing. Dove bath products were good. Hotel staff were some of the most courteous I have seen anywhere, arranging laundry service, ordering cabs, always saying hello, smiling, asking about your day - not one staff member, all of them did this, I would guess this is a point of emphasis for this hotel and/or the parent company. If so, it appears to be working and I commend you for it. Cons: Plugs on only one side of bed, we had two phones, an iPad and a CPAP machine so we had to be creative but it all worked out. No recycling in the room. Overall, we had a great stay.

We traveled with friends to visit Dublin for the first time to watch American football! The location was the perfect walking distance to all the city attractions and the stadium! Our room was clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! We ended our evenings in the hotel restaurant/bar! We had the best time after hours, chatting with other guests, playing cards and sharing laughs with the employees! I would highly recommend! 💚🇮🇪
