"Can not say enough about the staff. With the storms that were going on when we arrived, we learned that the hotels wyfy was out. This affected all the systems in the area. The staff worked around all this. They were still able to let us check in early (we were there for a wedding). They utilised “old school” paper charts and walkie talkies to get everyone in and settled. Later that night (midnight), some of our group found their hotel to not be what they thought. Our hotel immediately got them in and settled also. They were all absolutely on point. House keeping service and kitchen staff were fantastic. The hotel team could have let the lack of computers and their system make for a terrible weekend, but they definitely rose above! We could not thank them more. "
