I checked in and had specifally reserved a double queen room. Well, i did not receive my customary bottled water, the hot water in my room did not work at all, and when i requested a different room, i was placed in a handicap room which only had a king bed and was an uncomfortable lay out. Additionally, both bathrooms were filthy. I asked for compensation as i did not recieve what i had paid for and was told that because i had booked the room through a 3rd party i would have to go through Expedia. Matienence upkeep was terrible holes in the wall, Broken AC cover,closet door falling off the hinges. Piece of missing baseboard……list goes on and on. Paid $230 to stay in a room that should have been $50. Absolutely shameful. Staff was friendly and doing their best, breakfast was fantastic! Room was clean. Owner/management should find a new job.

This Hampton was not up to their usual standards. The bed was awful, probably broken, as the middle sagged down terribly. The bathroom had no toilet roll holder at all. The bathroom sink faucet had very low flow which meant it took forever to get hot water out. The staff were very good though. One thing I wasn't aware of was that you don't get Hilton points if you book through a third party, so I won't be doing that again.
