"Staff was courteous and helpful, room was modern & spacious, bedding luxurious and kitchenette appreciated. My boys enjoyed the pool & hot tub and I the huge Christmas tree and other holiday decor. Only negative feedback: the $42 per night for parking garage seemed high ... wish I had done street parking esp after the harrowing drive up a narrow spiral ramp up 7 floors! (Parking garage is on the 11th floor.) I had such PTSD, I had to ask the hotel about getting a valet to drive my car back down. They had a process and liability form for doing so ... apparently, I wasn't the first person who had been freaked out. Wish the valet had told me about the nightmarish 7 floor entry spiral ... I asked him about parking options upon arrival -- which he accurately & patiently explained -- but never mentioned the nightmarish spiral ramp."

"walking distance to little Italy restaurants and shops. We took a New Year's Eve cocktail cruise from the marina which was right across the street from the hotel. Very convenient and didn't have to drive anywhere my entire stay. "
