The staff were wonderful, but the room really needs updating. The bed was good and the towels were great. Furniture is old and worn, but the room was clean and it is a great location.

We had toleave Hilton Daytona beach oceanfront resort and book at another hotel. Hilton Daytona beach oceanfront resort is not clean, very outdated, needs maintenance done in the room and the bathroom. There are no balconies and the beach access is a 5 minute walk down the board walk. We ate at the restaurant and it took almost an hour to get our food and we were the only customers there. The server was trying to be nice and brought us a desert that had nuts on it, but my niece is allergic to peanuts. Even though we left after checking in within a couple hours; the manager wanted to still charge me for an entire night and did not care to try to make the experience better.

The room was clean. For a Hilton, it was not the standard that I expected. I'm still trying to straighten my bill from the bar. I had signed one charge to my cc but the we're two on the pending authorization. The final charge was neither of the two pending charges. The hotel overall was outdated and a little dingy. That all explains why I thought the price for the room was reasonable. I got what I paid for. The check in staff and valet were wonderful. The view from the Oceanside room was fantastic!

The staff were very helpful. The hotel and grounds were clean. We enjoyed learning about rhe clock tower and memorial to motorcycle racers. However, our King size roomwith a direct view was piorly furnished.

Valet parking was tremendously busy upon arrival. Booked a 1 night stay for a show at the Peabody Auditorium which was across the street. Check was made quickly & easily with the help of a very nice young man. It was a busy weekend & 1 of the elevators was broken, so it took longer than normal for elevator service. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom stocked with essentials. I booked an ocean front room & was slightly disappointed at the fact there was no balcony althought the sliding glass door opened..more window like. But never the less it was still beautiful looking out at the ocean. Staff was wonderful. Lobby clean. Close to plenty of restaurants & activities. No free breakfast which again was slightly disappointing but I would definitely stay again.

The hotel property is beautiful and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, however our room was old and out dated, the bathroom was old and dirty looking, the toilet barely flushed and the bathtub was old looking and the shower was difficult to turn on, the water didn’t get hot just like warm.

The hotel is older and the elevator was unreliable, frequently breaking down. We had to use the stairs a lot, which was difficult, especially for families with young children. The five-floor climb felt costly and inconvenient.
