Overall Great Hotel, I will definitely be visiting again. I may have placed higher expectations for the Omni comparing to similar hotels in price and prestige. Things to know: - Bring cash to tip the Bellboys (unless you are a dirtbag). Omni doesn't allow guests to use luggage carts without the presence of a Bellboy. So if you need a luggage cart there wil be a Belvoy present....so tip. - If you Self park, you will need your room key to enter AND exit the parking garage. Areas to improve: - There should be at least 1 additional sauna in the pool area. Such a nice view from the pool area and unfortunately if 3-5 people are in the sauna, no other guests can enjoy the views in the sauna. Overall: Great place, Great view (city view), Great staff, Great food options. Huge shoutout to Hector and Mr Leon (Bellboys). Comfortable linen. Refrigerator did not cool well so we continued to use our cooler and added ice. The shower had no door so we pointed the shower head down to avoid splatter on the bathroom floor.
