"I recently stayed at the Novotel in Cusco and had an exceptional experience. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Marco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home—he’s warm, attentive, and has a great understanding of guests’ needs.
The location of the hotel is fantastic—quiet yet conveniently close to the city square, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options, making for a perfect start to the day.
