We got this hotel 2 nights and the fist night there wasn’t hot water to shower I couldn’t get my kids a shower because of the water one of the rooms had bugs on one of the beds

⭐️ 1 Star — Would 100% NOT RECOMMEND Checked in a day early and got room 1602 — the mattress was covered with bed bug eggs! They switched me to room 1600, but when I went to shower, there was no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they were fixing it and it would be ready by morning. Morning comes — still no hot water. I asked again, and they said they were still working on it. Later that night, I tried to shower again — still no hot water. When I called, they finally admitted the entire hotel doesn’t have hot water and that they should have told me when I checked in. Honestly, what’s the point of staying at a hotel if you can’t even take a proper shower? Absolutely unacceptable experience.

No shops nearby, many of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Towels had yellow stains. Room carpet was missing a piece. Some of the machines in the gym were out of service. Bathroom in the gym didn’t work. Phone to call reception didn’t work. A/C was not working.
