A few of the workers stood out, such as the buffet hostess who remembered our names and always smiled, Anita in the lobby, and the woman in the Asian restaurant who delivered our drinks. These women were hard workers. I was very pleased that we were assigned a room close to the elevator as requested. I wish your pool/beach loungers were more comfortable and that there were more chairs (not just loungers) around the pools. "

"We enjoyed our stay with our two young children. All amenities are close together, walking to the restaurant, beach, pool or show area was very easy and quick. The pools and beach are great! We also enjoyed the mini golfing. We were surprised that the pirate water park was an additional cost, when it did not offer much more than the included kid water island area. "

" It is a little house in the jungle is the title say, and of course belongs to a property that has a big house and more facilities around. There is also a tippy on the property and cenotes … it’s beautiful. I didn’t have a car , there is a five minutes walk to the highway where youtake a ‘ collectivo’ that is an air conditioned van that takes you to places along the highway for a small fee. Used mostly by local people. The same if you want to go to the beach, you take the collectivo. This is the only inconvenience, it’s not on a walking distance. The only close by public beaches are at Xpu Ha. All the other beaches are private with a hotel, etc. Same for eating out, you need to go to Puerto Aventuras with your collectivo. This is a nice place with lots of restaurants, parks. I also booked one day tours to : 1.Chechen Itza, the Mayan pyramids. 2.Swimming with a turtles another day 3.And to Xcaret park and show. All these trips were spectacular. The organizer will pick you up from your location, so no problem if you don’t have a car. I enjoy my trip immensely!💞 "

"Our stay was fabulous in this lovely home. It is spacious (bigger than it appeared in the photos), modern, and comfortable. The location is ideal for a mountain of activities up and down the coast - we were near so many fun things to do. What is not to like about it? We used the projector for watching movies, all the rooms are large, richly appointed, and have air conditioning and en suite baths. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use for family meals. Laundry was a breeze and the WiFi was convenient. The convertible game table entertained our kids for hours. The location is private, secure, and quiet for relaxing after long days exploring the area. Finally, you have your own cenote pool! This is what the region is all about and you have it yourself. Our kids had a blast jumping into the pool and exploring it.5 minutes to the beach in the description is not an exaggeration and with access to Puerto Adventuras, you can make it to the beach and coral reef easily and without crowds or expensive tours. The town has great dining, shopping, and is fun for kids or adults. If available, book this amazing house! We are already figuring out how to come back."
