The room was in decent condition but there were remnants from a previous tenant, such as sleeping masks in the shower and a running toilet. The constant near pleading for tips or overbearing servers put a bit of a damper over our holidays.

Could be more simple drink and food services If you don’t want to book or missed to book It should have designated place to eat lunch or dinner Every drink you need to sign to remind you need to tip. I usually do cash tip so when you are wearing resort bracelet no need to do all formality of signing Also should East Indian food menu at least some in one restaurant. As being Vegetarian there were only test less options.

The staff was so courteous and helpful. Wilburt, Alphonso, Manual, everyone we encountered. We were a group of 22 with 6 children. They loved it. It never felt crowded, it was very relaxing. Food was good too. Would like to see a few more options on room service menu. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff members are kind, attentive, and very hardworking. Service was excellent everywhere, and the food was magnificent. Every restaurant exceeded expectations, but reservations are needed. The pool area is huge and spotless, and the grounds are well kept. I loved my room, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. The bracelet system for room access, closing tabs, and leaving tips was extremely convenient and eliminated the need for cash.Cons: The beach was not the best due to sting rays, seaweed, and fish. My main concern was being repeatedly asked who I was traveling with. As a single mother traveling with my two daughters and my mother, this made me feel vulnerable. I later had $150 stolen from my purse while I was in the pool with my children. My purse was hidden under towels, and the resort was not busy, so I sadly feel it may have been coordinated by staff. Even the concierge reacted with surprise when I said it was just us, which added to my discomfort. I reported the theft to security and explained the entire situation, but since it was the day before checkout, there was no follow up or contact from a manager. I was only told that this was the second report they had ever received. Overall, I still had a great time and would recommend the resort, but I advise guests not to leave valuables unattended. I also encourage the hotel to avoid asking guests who they are traveling with and instead ask a

I stayed here with my elderly parents, including one with mobility issues. The property is beautiful and safe with outstanding food options. The staff treated us great and we would go back in a heartbeat! Did I mention the food was amazing?
