The entire stay exceeded our expectations as this was our first time to Cancun. Roundtrip transportation through resort from the airport was stress free for 7 family members, check in and out was smooth. Steakhouse was our favorite dinner option, pool wait staff and legends bartenders were fantastic! Air conditioner issues was the only thing that was slightly annoying. Would definitely return in the future.

Our trip started Monday, September 23. We got to the hotel around 1 PM. The lobby was extremely hot. We didn’t think much of it upon getting into our room. We realized the entire hotel was without AC. For context, I was traveling with my husband two-year-old son, elderly parents and myself who is four months pregnant. We called and asked if this would be resolved. They told us that it would be resolved within the hour one hour turned into five and the rooms were getting hotter to the point that the humidity had caused everything in our room to become wet, the only resolution hotel was to move us to the hotel which we jumped on immediately and if it wasn’t for that change of hotel or trip would’ve been completely ruined past comments I should’ve known that this would’ve been an issue if you’re looking into this hotel, beware they are very pushy about trying to get you to sign on for their timeshare program The food is mediocre and the rooms are really outdated. Look into the hotel next-door. Garza Blanca. They made Our vacation experience 1 million times better if it weren’t for them, we would’ve had a miserable time

This hotel is probably one of the best all inclusive i’ve ever stayed in. Starting from check in till check out, service was incredible, The place was spotless and you always saw someone cleaning. Our room had an oceanfront room and was cleaned daily and then recleaned and the beds turned down at night. Tried all the restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at Villa Del Palmar the last week of August 2024 with myself and my boyfriend. We stayed for 5 nights and checked in on a Sunday afternoon. The check-in process was easy however, they do require a $600 deposit [refundable after you check-out] which is totally fine, I just did not know about it before hand. The only downside was I wish they gave us the weekly resort activities list when we checked it. It wasn't till the second to last day that we realized there was activities and we asked the concierge and were given one.The room was your normal hotel room- it was clean but there were left over hand prints of kids and others on the bathroom door and the slider balcony door.The only thing that threw us off was the turn down/cleaning services. We would leave the room for the day and leave the card for it and they would come and make the bed change the towels- but at night we noticed about the third night they came back when we were out at dinner and left glasses on our night stand and chocolates which felt weird to us. Overall the food was fantastic, it is highly recommended you make your dinner reservations in advance- The buffet for breakfast is fantastic but at night for dinner is absolutely awful - we made the mistake of not making a reservation one night. This is a very safe hotel and I promise no one is at this hotel who is not a guest or an employee. It felt private and like a private beach with no hassles. I would recommend this hotel to anyway wanted a break!

I did not like that the staff show unhappiness when they see spanish or color guesses they don’t treat the people same. All they care is about 💵tip The better looking💵 you look the better they’ll treat you, I had all inclusive and of course I did tip well but like I said all they care is about how much in tips they gonna get. The place and the food is amazing Bring a lot cash because every movement it’s money there..

Absolutely blown away by this resort !!! It’ll be hard to top, that we are wanting to go back already! The service was amazing, they make you feel like family. The beach was very well kept as it was seaweed season. We Snorkeled & paddle boarded on the beach that was included at the resort. We tried all the restaurants & they were all very delicious but the Italian restaurant & bar is unmatched !!! Enjoyed a lovely day at the spa with a couples massage such a wonderful & relaxing experience with the hot & cold therapy. I just can’t rave enough about how wonderful the staff was!! It was an amazing vacation !!!
