Our room had an amazing view out to the beach, but resort was huge and therefore took a long walk to restaurants and other areas in the resort. Also, the food at buffets was always the same. There was not much of a variety.

Let me start off by saying certain restaurants within the resort were not the best, very limited to options. Some staff members here need to work on their customer service, we encountered quite a few employees who were extremely rude. At the buffets/restaurants we had waiters who would not even offer anything to drink until we were finishing our food, mind you they would attend to others around us. We tried making reservations for the restaurants we had access to for being “exclusive members” and nothing was available, not one date from our almost 5 full day trip. People were constantly walking around smoking, making it seem like there was no designated smoke area. Majority of the restaurants/buffets aren’t stroller or wheelchair accessible. The elevators were wanting to get stuck a couple of times. The cleanliness of our room was decent, we did have to ask a few times to have our sheets changed and room cleaned. We do have a toddler so we asked for a crib since we checked in and once we got to our room there was no crib. We called and within a couple minutes they got there with one, it was a playpen (nothing wrong with it) but you could feel the springs from the mattress. There were only a handful of people that did offer great customer service, sadly don’t know their exact names, but thank you to them. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel or recommending this resort to anyone.

It was bad experience because an all-inclusive package was paid and all the restaurants when we had to reserve there was no longer room for eating because supposedly they were in high season so we were only eating the buffet

I asked for 2!bed and when I got there I had a single bed. With three people and then they brought a hard ass roll away bed in a small room. The food was awful and the planning for jungle beach ride was canceled and no one told us anything and we had to pay 39 for a cab to be turned around when we got there I would not subject this hotel to no one and the air conditioner in our room never worked

The resort was understaffed, the casion was no longer available everywhere you went to go eat was a waiting list. The nifgt life was ended way too early all the bars clsed at 11. Outside all the food places were packed waiting as well the staff needs more character, did not like this place. Updated the information on thw web. The DISCO was only available on friday. Place needs lot of work, hope the owner does something about it.
