We got a last minute deal to Dreams Sapphire and were so happy with our stay. Rooms were perfect, mini bar was great and stocked, resort food was very very good - perhaps one of the better we have ever had. We got a taxi into Playa Del Carmen one day and were helped by the VIP table. Ubers are not really a thing so its kinda expensive but fun for a day. Beach was taken care of, pool had alot of fun and lots of waiters, restuarants were awesome. We only waited one night and knew we would so had a salad at the buffet before. Overall- we would be back easily.

The beach had a lot of seaweed built up on beaches. It was not a very nice beach at all. The pictures were misleading. Although we understand it was low season, the bars closed early and only certain restaurants were open each night without warning as to which would be closed. This made planning where to go difficult. The buffet was also fairly minimal with poor options. The staff were great though and we had a very enjoyable excursion. The beach bar is also great but it took us a few days to find it.

This was a very nice getaway for a few days. The food was good, room was in a great location and clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great place to relax and enjoy our time together. It was safe. I wish the food options were visible and we did not need to use the app. Went to dinner a few days and the restaurant was closed that night. The entertainment was lame. No excitement at the pool during the day but was okay in the evenings. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

We really really enjoyed this hotel. Our 5 kids also had an amazing time. We went to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and she also had a blast! Room service was available 24/7, te preferred club was one of our favorites. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The food is delicious, the drinks also delicious. The restaurants was very limited with it being an all inclusive hotel. There were some sort of work going on with the building. Staff was friendly though.

Algunos meseros y cocineros del buffet tenían mala actitud y se sentía descriminacion, cuando hicimos el check out el señor del escritorio de nombre Roberto, con una actitud muy mala especialmente cuando le dijimos que íbamos a pagar en efectivo los gastos extra.
