We stayed here for a week, and until our last day, we truly enjoyed everything. The activities were amazing — especially the bracelet-making and dream catcher classes. Jessica, Naomi, and Alex were so warm, patient, and fun to spend time with.
At Siete 7, Gerardo and Marco made every breakfast a joy. Gerardo was especially thoughtful — always bringing what we needed and introducing local dishes. Thanks to them, most of our stay felt relaxing and memorable.
Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how Concierge Manager Edgar handled a serious issue. I stepped on a broken glass bottle right in front of the hotel’s beach, and when we called for help, he showed no empathy and simply said it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility since the beach is open to public, and he has never seen it happen in for last 15years. His dismissive attitude was very disappointing and out of line with the otherwise wonderful service.
It’s a shame such a great resort has a manager who doesn’t reflect the kindness of the rest of the team.
