"The room was very clean; check in staff was friendly and smooth; bed and pillows were comfortable; bathroom was refreshing with toiletries (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soap, shower cap, vanity kit); fridge was convenient; iron and ironing board; internet was fast; and offerings for use with a provided kettle (e.g. instant coffee, tea, hot chocolate, spoon, cups, glasses). There is also an expensive laundry service that you can send away if necessary. Do note that your windows may be viewable by another person with ease. One issue we found is that there's no nearby outlets towards the head of the bed requiring an extension cord and adapter if you have a medical device."

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "
