"Very beautiful hotel. You could tell that it was new, truly! Felt like we were the first people who had ever stayed in our room. The architecture and design was truly beautiful, modern yet cultural. Our room was very clean, everything functioned as expected. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was great, AC worked very well, TV as expected too. No complaints at all when it came to our room. Check in was very smooth and the worker walked us through everything in the hotel and came up to the room to help us get settled and understand how to use the safe. Location is very prime to all things en el Centro. We could walk everywhere which was great! Only thing I think they were unprepared for is check out— this process took an unnecessary long time— granted they are a new hotel, this is the only feedback I have. I would definitely stay here again in the future & recommend"
