From College Concerts to Festivals
In college, Steve Aoki held underground concerts in his dorm room, and by his 20s he was running his own electronic music label. He continued to gain popularity through the college audience, touring continuously and building an immense fan base. He is known for being one of the most unpredictable EDM artists — at concerts he'll do anything from crowd surfing to pelting the audience with cake.
When Steve Aoki released his debut solo album, Wonderland, in 2012, his adoring fans jumped to buy it. The album features numerous collaborations with vocalists and musicians including Kid Cudi, will.i.am, Lil Jon, LMFAO, Travis Barker, and more. In 2014 Aoki released a two part album titled Neon Future I and Neon Future II, both of which were No. 1 on the Dance/Electronic Albums list.
He's collaborated with some of the top artists of today which include, Afrojack, Iggy Azalea, Blink-182, BTS, Louis Tomlinson, Nicki Minaj, and dozens more. You probably have heard some of his hit songs, including “Boneless,” “Mi Gente,” “Just Hold On,” “Turbulence,” and “Without U,” with DVBBS featuring 2 Chainz which was dropped in 2017 at Ultra Music Festival in Miami. In 2019 he collaborated with the Backstreet Boys to produce “Let it Be Me.”
2020 Tour
The new year brought on a new Steve Aoki tour across the States. The U.S. portion kicked off in January at the Hakkasan Las Vegas Night Club and continued to several venues across the country. Along the way he made stops in Tampa FL, Aspen CO, Atlantic City NJ, Washington DC, Brooklyn NY, Cleveland OH, and many more! His last North American performance was again in Las Vegas at Hakkasan.
Steve Aoki drive in concert
2020 also brought Steve Aoki's first ever drive-in concert, held at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, GA. Along with dubstep hit maker, Riot Ten, Steve Aoki's 2020 drive in concert was an amazing experience for every EDM fan that had been itching to see their favorite artists live in 2020. Cheap Steve Aoki tickets went fast for what was dubbed as: Drive In at the Speedway - The Last Weekend.
