History

The first ever national lacrosse championship game took place in 1971, although the sport dates to 1936 in collegiate athletics. 2019 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship

The 2019 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championship game will be held on May 27 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The four schools that are competing for their chance at the title are the Penn State Nittany Lions, the Yale Bulldogs, the Virginia Cavaliers, and the Duke Blue Devils.
