I would not stay at this hotel again. When we checked in, we had to dig the coffee pot out from under the cabinet. We had no coffee cups or coffee. The water was shut off from 9 am - 6 pm on one day and constant construction through out the day. We couldn’t even hear the tv. There is no dresser so we had to live out of our suitcases for six days. The WiFi was awful.

I was there for a convention. The room was very clean, as was the lobby. I love that they have k-cups and not single use "pads" of weak coffee in the rooms. The only issue we had was that there were no plastic drinking cups.

The Grand Hyatt is in an amazing location, with on-property access to the Metro Center. The good: Very clean, very nice staff, nicely sized rooms, and safe. The (sort of) bad: No vending machines and the stores close relatively early, no cold water, and the restaurants are very expensive ($32 for breakfast buffet, extra $10 on weekends if you want to add the egg station), over $100 for two burgers and two drinks BEFORE tip. Fortunately, there are lots of good restaurants nearby.
