The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are a little small but I’m 6’6”. The rooms are nice and just as advertised. Restaurants at the beach are expensive so it was a big help having the kitchenette especially with kids. The beach is a very short walk and the pool was very convenient and clean. They do a great job keeping the pool and the motel grounds and parking areas clean.

Location is ideal and balconies are nice. The rooms could use a good deep clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows broken down. Only 2 pillows per bed. We went and bought our own pillows and mattress topper at a local store so that helped after the first night. No automatic daily towel exchange or trash removal. Our 6th time staying at this location in the last 18 years. We dont plan on going back. location. Definitely will not return

Nice Pool!
I took my two grandchildren for a short stay. The rooms are fun and colorful. Bathroom a little outdated but it was clean. Very short walk to the beach. We loved the pool. And there was a great coffee shop/diner attached to the motel which was great for lunch and/or breakfast. Plan to go there again next summer :)

Place was dirty and not kept well. Problem with coffee machine, and after asking for a replacement for the second time, it was just ignored. Balcony door and windows rattled all nigh when windy outside. AC unit can't keep up with outside high temperatures and it's super noisy. No elevator, and very steep up to the 3rd floor, making it very uncomfortable for kids and the elderly. Pictures posted online of outdoor pool looks huge, but in person it's just ok. Pool water is always dirty, it seems like people bring sand from the beach and rinse in the pool so there's always a lot of sand on the bottom of the pool.

It’s very convenient access to the beach only-nowhere near the boardwalk. It’s an old place and needs updating but was clean. Walls are EXTREMELY thin so you can hear your next door neighbor if their tv is too loud and if someone is above you, you can hear them walking. Can’t get a good nights sleep because other guests could care less and talk and scream loudly at the pool even at night.

From the staff in the front office to the cleaning crew everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was good size inside. Room was clean everything worked. Enjoyed full size Refrigerator, small Kitchen area. View was nice from our deck. Bed was comfortable. Will stay here again.
