I’ve stayed at this location multiple times over the past 12 years, I’ve never had a problem, not one. The staff is very friendly and professional, check in is always easy, they always have the room ready, housekeeping comes in and freshens up while I’m gone, I stayed in 307 and it was everything we needed it to be, the headboard that’s attached to the wall is a little old and worn but other then that, it was great. The location is close to the metro, shopping, stores, or if you just want to go for a nice evening walk, there’s the long bridge or whatever close by. It’s just a great place to stay in my opinion

Horrible experience. We woke up with bites/hives on our body. Assuming from bed bugs. We had another couple who rented a room several floor away and the same case for them as well. We just got back home today and hoping it doesnt spread around the house.

This is a very nice property. Starying to show signs of age. It's easily walkable to the Metro Station. Other than that, there's nothing around it except other hotels and apartment buildings. The shower leaked everywhere at the shower head. You could hear sounds from the neighboring rooms. Staff was nice. Bar staff was not very attentive - pretty sure I watched someone walk out on their check in disgust.
