The hotel is beautiful and very clean and secure. You could only get to the guest floors if you had a key to a room. The staff was also wonderful and helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do in the area. It's just a short walk to the waterfront and the cruise terminal and plenty of dining and shopping in the area.
