Stayed on the 10th floor of South Tower. The room was good and the service at check in and out was very professional but get there prior to official 4pm check in to avoid line-up. My only complaint would be better instructions for turning on modern shower needed because it wasn’t obvious and someone should answer the phone when you call the front desk for help. So couldn’t take a shower until next morning. The shampoo, body wash pumps in bathroom room weren’t working until we ran into a housekeeper the next morning to check them and fix them. Overall, a convenient location with comfortable beds.

We picked this hotel only for its proximity to the airport, and since we arrived late in Vancouver, it was very convenient. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The room was clean, larger than I expected, including the bathroom. However, the shower seemed too small and perhaps could use a bit of an update. The check out was a breeze. We unfortunately didn’t have time to use the rest of the amenities but we will definitely be back to try them next time.

Mattress is uncomfortable, woke up with achy back; stained towel, hair on the coffee cups and under the sheets. Asked for connecting rooms since we reserved 3, but we’re placed on both ends of the hall and on another floor with my elderly parents. Bathroom door locks busted. Very disappointed on this stay. I’ve always loved staying here but I guess this one failed.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool, hot tub and fitness center was clean and enjoyable. The new restaurant wasn’t open yet but looks like it will be amazing. This place feels like a home away from home.

My stay was disappointing. The parking was inconveniently far, requiring a long walk to reach it. On top of that, I was charged a hidden resort fee of around $23 for services I neither requested nor used—I just wanted a simple hotel room. The room itself was uncomfortably cold, even after adjusting the thermostat, forcing us to request extra blankets. Overall, I was not happy with these issues and expected better from this hotel😒

We stayed for a night for early travel. More five dollar tables would have enticed me to try my hand at gambling but all there was was a $15 minimum bet. Gord Ramsay's restaurant was not open yet but looks interesting. We had to walk through the slots to find good food. It was a reasonable overnight spot.
