This is the second time we stayed there. We called ahead to see if the pool was warm, they said yes. It’s cold, like a competition pool cold, too cold for kids. The first time and this time we’ve stayed here the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. This has never happened at any other hotel but this hotel is both times? The pools great if it was warmer, parking is cheap if you use public parking, the rooms are clean. Hopefully they increase the temperature so that the kids don’t freeze.

Was disappointing …steakhouse was only open 5-9pm…buffet only open weekends…no quiet place to have a meal/drink while we were there…as a hotel guest we had to walk in the wind/rain from their parking garage (around the casino) to get to the hotel…rooms ok…staff good…it’s not really a resort…it’s just a casino…

Room was clean, decor was a bit dated and had some damage but was overall okay. Would have preferred a better view but they upgraded us to a suite so that was very nice of them. Good staff at check in and out, the room service delivery person was also polite. Casino was nice and big but the roulette dealer was not so friendly. The pool was clean, but there were lots of kids present. I understand family friendly hotel, but because it is an adult resort I think it would be beneficial to have an adults-only hour or two (even between 8pm-10pm) for adults to relax. The kids screaming kind of threw off our relaxation time in the hot tub. Good food options - the steak house was incredible. Loved that the sky train stop was right next door. Would have liked to know how to get to the front desk to check in when we got our confirmation email, it’s a big resort and easy to get lost. Or maps posted in resort. Overall I enjoyed the resort .

Friendly staff, clean rooms. So much fun in the pool and waterslide. Very convenient to get to the tourist attractions and inexpensive food at the Asian malls. Would stay again.
