I had a 12-hour layover in Vancouver before a 16-hour trip late in the evening. Hotel was very accommodating to get me in early, and I checked out around 8pm. They could have had me wait till 3 pm but took care of me. Harry at the front desk was super helpful. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Hotel was very nice, even a nice Restaurant. Shuttle service was good. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I was put in the old part of a hotel. My room was beside a parking lot that was lit like a Blue Jays game. People were coming and going all night. If you want this hotel, don’t book through Expedia. It seemed to me that that’s where they put people instead of the nice high rise for guests who pay more money. Nothing included, restaurant staff were the best and the food was awesome. I’m not returning here.

The fact that the deposit for the hotel was 300 dollars is kind of ridiculous and i didn't get the full amount back i got 250 instead. Room was good but not microwave in the room the channels for the tv was garbage not on so won't be staying there again. Ive been to other hotels that took cash as a deposit i don't see the big deal about it
