The living space features a sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through streaming options and a comfortable queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

For added convenience, the property has a washer, a dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Ciutat Vella is Valencia's historic heart and one of its most captivating districts. This area is home to the Metropolitan Cathedral–Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady of Valencia, which houses the Holy Chalice, claimed to be the authentic Holy Grail. Climb the bell tower for panoramic views of the city.

One of Europe's largest and oldest running markets, Mercado Central, is housed in a beautiful modernist building. You can experience local produce, meats, seafood, and traditional Valencian foods here.

Ciutat Vella boasts numerous eateries offering traditional Valencian dishes like paella and a variety of tapas bars where you can enjoy small plates and local wines.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Colón, is just a 3-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
