The staff at Artes Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The food was also very good, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine. The only minor downside is that the staff only speak Turkish. However, this is quite common throughout Turkey, except for the Antalya region where there are many tourists. Despite the language barrier, the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist made communication manageable. Overall, I highly recommend Artes Hotel for anyone visiting Hatay. It’s a safe, welcoming place with excellent service and delicious food."
