Très confortable
Belle chambre avec un lit bien confortable. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin auprès du personnel (café supplémentaire, ajustement de la climatisation), nous avons reçu un service impeccable . Même au check out, on s'est informé de la qualité de notre séjour et de notre chambre. À mon précédent séjour, j'ai été déçu mais pas cette fois bien au contraire. Les petits déjeuners sont cependant sommaires mais je ne choisis pas un hôtel pour cet aspect.

Some things were in need of repair such as a stuck front door to the hotel room, which I’m sure has been like that for a long time, as well as a toilet seat that was loose and made loud creaking sound. When we got to the room, it was warm and stuffy because the wall air conditioning unit was unplugged and we had to figure that out and plug it back in. The breakfast area was quite cramped and did not have a decaf coffee or decaf key option. On the positive side, there were some modern appointments in the rooms, and they were dark, quiet, and the bed was comfortable so that we did have a good night sleep.

The property’s pictures aren’t a representation of what the actual room looks like. The bathroom is renovated and the kitchen has new appliances, other than that the place is dirty and run down. My 1 year old’s blue socks were covered in dirt from walking around for a few hours in the room. The wall was pealing in some areas. Me and my wife found a dirty dishtown folding on the stove handle. The entire floor and especially the room we stayed in smelled completely like curry as soon as we got off the elevator and walked in. The A/C was unplugged and not working when we got there and someone had to come look at it. There was only A/C in the main area and a HOLE in the wall to vent some of that air into the bedroom area. While the staff was nice, there are plenty of other cheaper and just as expensive options if you want to stay downtown Toronto.

I like the location and the staff who are pleasant and accommodating. Its spacious room with separate living room and kitchen area with island . Accessible to everything in downtown, I will definitely come back to stay here and recommend it to my friends. Im comfortable during my stay and my group and we are grateful for the good service.
