This property appeared to have possibly been a renovated apartment building or something of that nature. The renovations were definitely not top-notch craftsmenship. When we arrivwd for check-in, we were assignwd a room that looked nothing like what we booked online, and it was not clean. There was a kitchen cabinet that was hanging off and grease all over the stove. I went and asked to have a room similar to the one that was pictured. I was given keys to two other rooms. We chose the room we felt was the cleanest. Only one electrical outlet in the bedroom worked and both beds had terrible mattresses and pillows. I was excited to have rented a suite for our 4 day stay, however, was highly disappointed by this property. I dont recommend it and don't plan on returning.

A good room with the potential for so much more.
Better stay this time - 6th floor two-bedroom suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While this unit was in better shape, there are still things that need to be taken care of (window cranks, vent fan between bedrooms, ceiling in shower, paint). And why have patios if you can't use them? Grab and go breakfast is ridiculous - there's a coffee urn, a jug of OJ, grocery store muffins, apples and oranges. End of list. Save yourself the disappointment and bring something to cook upstairs.

We rented two rooms. 1st room as soon as they layed down the bed broke. 2nd room the Keurig didn't woke and when I called down to ask for it to be replaced they never did it. The bed killed our backs, the AC never would get it cool enough. They did try to make things better by not charging us parking fees but would not choose it again if I was in the area

Very loud all around the property, the toilet made a horrible loud noise every time you flushed. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows were horrible. Overall would not stay here again.

A one bedroom apartment that was not quite finishe
This is a one bedroom apartment in Toronto. It has a nice location. I went to go to a lot of different places. Also the okay part of town. That's right next to us, and the metro. Is there too I have to believe that the department of God was not completely finished? The fidden finish was pretty. The apartment still. Been freshly painted but had not been aired out from the paint. That was there, so it stunk. There is only one outlet that is by 1 side of the bed. There could be 2 as in most places for people to have seepap machines and other machines. And and by their other, the staff was great. They helped as much as it possible. Could they brought up extension cords? And had done as much as they could with the room that we had. They had asked if we wanted to have a different room. But the other room was in the same condition and smelled. The same and still did not have plugged. It was by the other side of the bed. So it's not a apart/hotel that I would probably go back to again. I would look for something else more to put together

I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for my business purposes. The area has lots of restaurants to choose from and walkable to core downtown events and shopping. Although parts of the hotel is tired, the lobby and room was upgraded and nice. Super friendly staff and a nice little grab and go breakfast.

The property is a bit ragged around the edges (well-worn furniture, etc) and certainly a new mattress is warranted in the room I stayed in. But, as always, the staff is friendly and first-rate. It is good value for the money. It especially appreciated now that hotel rates in Toronto are off the charts and travel there is becoming increasingly problematic. Bottom line: I will be back.

It wasn't at all what was advertised. There are extension cords running through the suite, the armrest fell off the couch when I leaned on it, the sink wasn't attached to the counter, the wall in the bedroom was yellow, there's patch jobs on the doors. There was no access to the balcony that was advertised & no pool. The breakfast was pathetic. I would NEVER recommend this property to my friends or family.
