Very clean and the staff are very nice and professional who takes care of all our needs in the hotel. The Best Hotel in Tokyo!

The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms were beautiful and had stunning views, I literally could not say a bad word about this place! I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tokyo, it is in a perfect location, moments away from the famous Shibuya crossing.

We really enjoyed our stay here with amazing views from 37th floor. Splurge for club access with generous drinks, buffet/appetizers, breakfast and views of Mt. Fuji. Great location, walkable to countless restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean fitness center and pool.

Very nice hotel, and well located. The only negative points are that the stuff mostly does not have an appropriate knowledge of English, and room decoration looks a little bit old. However, overall I liked the hotel, and the restaurants it incudes.

Great location, super close to Shibuya station but quiet. Excellent service. Club level worth the extra money to get lounge access. Decor is classic, not trendy. Would 100 percent stay here again!
