"Spacious inside and out. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well-supplied, the baths up-to-date, the towels plentiful and good quality. Beach-sized towels and swim toys were even included for the fabulous heated pool! The location was an easy drive to everything we needed! We’ll be back!"

"We arrived at the location after driving for 5 hours. We werw told they do not take reservations fo4 only one night, they do not accept pets, and they haven't utilized Hotels.com. for over a year. So, we did not get to stay. All other hotel rooms in the area were booked, so ee started our drive back to N Florida and found a place to stay miles away. This is VERY unprofessional of BOTH Marker 99 Resort and Hotels.com!!!!!!! I am now working to get my refund from Hotels.com. I should not be forced to dispute my refund!!!!!!!! And the communication between both business are so pathetically unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all I have to day about that...... "

"It was one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed, which I appreciate. It was comfortable and felt like home away from home. I don’t cook while on vacation, but it did look like it had everything needed, if you do plan on cooking. The kids got to enjoy the pool one of the days we were there. For anyone wondering, March is still too cold for the pool. The temps drop down to the 50s at night. Which I took a gamble getting a house with a pool. I figured we wouldn’t be able to use it much. But the kids loved the time they had in it, even though it was chilly. The beds weren’t my favorite, but I don’t like memory foam. But the sheets were clean and my kids each had their own beds, so i appreciate that. There was plenty of seating on the couches for my family of 5. I would definitely stay here again! "

"Floors throughout were very dirty. Counters were dirty, powdered creamer around coffee maker, sugar ants everywhere. We bought 20 dozen donuts, left them on the counter overnight, when we got up, thedonuts were infested with sugar ants. Dirty / used towels in the bathroom. No top sheet on the bed. The beds are matresses on slats. SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. When you get in bed itititdumps you on your head"
