"We had a group of nearly 15 people going for an adult sports tournament in the area and the from the beginning the host was very responsive and understand of our needs and requests with such a large group. Leading up to our check in, Hurricane Milton was making landfall and again this host was very responsive, flexible and willing to work with the group on early arrivals due to the situation. Unfortunately, we weren't able to make it out and had to cancel our trip but again the host was very understanding and went above and beyond to help refund a part of what we've paid and offered us a generous future credit. The refund was issued timely and through the whole process they kept in contact with me. I can't express my appreciation enough and the efforts to make an unfortunately experience less troublesome. As we didn't make it to the house, I'm not able to speak on the property but I can contest that working with this host was a very pleasant experience and I can only imagine the actual house experience would have been just as pleasant. A very grateful thank you! "
