The staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably priced. The room was big enough. The bathroom was small, BUT it had all the necessary items. The fan was of great use because Taxco is stuffy/humid. Thank you for welcoming us to Taxco. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero el personal no es muy amable, y son muy molestos y preguntones cuando uno sale, casi uno no tiene privacidad. Excellent place to stay. Very charming. Very close to the Zocalo/main square. Hotel staff was super! I love the fact they recuse street dogs and find homes for them.
