Dangerous and dirty!

My husband and I had a terrible stay. We got in at 10 o’clock at night. There was young adult men around 20 to 40 years old Standing around lying on the ground outside. They were in the lobby lying on the floor and couches. Noise was made all night long glasses came to pick them up, drop them off Throughout the night. We were worried about a car with these men outside my husband didn’t want to leave me alone. There was no light inside a room by the door. They were fire ants on the floor by the bed and in the bathroom. For over $200 a night For one king bed and nothing special this was unacceptable and I want my money back and there was no coffee or anything for breakfast in the morning my clock like promised. I don’t know how you can run a business like this and we were exhausted so we had no choice but to stay so late at night! Btw, your front desk is a falling down mess!! Fix it before you expect paying customers to visit your dumpy hotel, makeshift migrant shelter!

As for the men you are describing, those are hurricane relief workers currently here to help the city of Tampa rebuild after Hurricane Milton plowed through here. The hurricane is also responsible for the damage to our front desk, and we are working to fix that asap. The property is under construction, there was no use of the pool- no chairs out there at all. Breakfast was not what i expected but ok i guess. Room was clean!

We stayed on first floor by the exit door. Sign on the door says will remain locked, please use front door for your safety. However, the door remain unlocked the entire time even during the night. We also had a dog with us as it says it is pet friendly however, there are no really good areas for the dog too, go to the bathroom. Maybe it was because of construction, but there was just debris everywhere in the back. Then there is the pool that was locked. We were supposed to say tonight, but only stayed one night.
