Very well worth it
Such a gem of a hotel! I’ll start by saying, I did get lucky and found street parking next to the main entrance of the hotel and only paid $8. The receptionist Tequila was not very welcoming, but that’s fine, just give me my key and I’m good. The room was spectacular, great size, high ceilings, huge windows with a view to the city. Great styling of the room, felt so modern chic. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was incredible. All around, just amazing. Didn’t get a chance to view the pool, although the pictures look incredible. One thing I didn’t care for, is that you need to use your room key every time you use the elevator, and it’s not ideal when you’ll be hosting in your room. But I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

One of the better values in downtown St. Louis
I think the rooms in this hotel are fantastic and wanted to catch baseball game. Stay in town. Listen to some blues music after the game and this place was priced incredibly well. A ride from the hotel to the ballpark on left was six bucks. The pool is still open but as for food in the actual hotel, don’t expect it come here for the value Price the room compared to something like the Westin where it’s almost 300 bucks a night.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I live on the illinois side and booked for a staycation. We decided to vallet park just in case we wanted to leave and felt it would be safer given the area. We checked in and found out the bar and restaurant were closed which was one of the reasons we booked there, but we made it work. Saturday morning we were woken up at 7am to the fire alarms, stayed in the 7th floor so couldn’t take the elevators got all the way downstairs just to find out it was a false alarm. Left Saturday evening for a wedding around 5pm and returned at 8pm to enjoy the last couple hours of the rooftop pool, left Sunday to go home just to realize the entire drivers side of my black Chevy traverse had been six eswipped!! Saturday when we came back my car was fine nothing noticeable. Reached out ti the hotel manager who reached out tj the insurance company through the hotel who took 3 weeks to let me know because it wasn’t on video they wouldn’t be covering any of the damages!!! And non of their vallet guys admitted to it?! Insane! So now I have to get my car fixed through my own insurance company for something I didn’t do or drive around with white streaks on my black car. I would never stay there again, and discourage anyone I know to stay there. I also will never valley park again or if I do I’ll have pictures of my car before I leave it!

Interesting
The experience at this hotel was quite interesting. When we got there we had booked a family suite but they didn’t have one, they “upgraded” us to 2 rooms we were told joined, they had no door to connect, so we had 3 people in one room and 3 in a completely different room. They had us on a high floor and the fire alarm went off saying to use the stairs, my husband is disabled and not able to go down stairs. We got down one flight when we found out it was a mistake, no fire. Very scary! The room was clean and the roof top pool is nice.

It won’t be my last time at the Last Hotel.
The Last Hotel was a surprisingly trendy hotel. The room was nicely decorated, and very modern. The staff had a family-like approach to interacting with guests.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job renovating an old building in downtown. The roof top pool/deck area is a nice place to relax and catch some amazing views of downtown. The downside is you are downtown, so there’s a lot of activity(bars, cars and noises). But don’t fret, we never felt unsafe walking around. You are within walking distances from some great sights(Arch, Busch stadium and blues and city museum) and fantastic restuarants(Rooster, OverUnder bar).
