The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. Convenient location. The parking garage was great, we felt totally safe. We love St Louis and highly recommend this hotel. We came on a rainy day so instead of being out, we stayed at the hotel. The design and architecture of the hotel was so beautiful and staff was so nice and friendly. We chose to stay at the hotel and have some food and drinks and headed to the hot tub for a bit. Overall, the best stay at a hotel we’ve had by far.

The staff at this property made all of the difference in the world. There were MANY different events happening this weekend in STL and this team showed up in an unbelievable way. Jenn checked us in with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. She was so helpful and then we blink an eye and she is the bartender for the evening showing up and shining again. The staff who kept the hospitality areas function was phenomenal. There was never a time I saw when the food was empty, and any spills were wiped up quickly. The food was good, but man...that service team deserves their very own five star rating! The venue was very close to the soccer stadium and that was the reason for our visit. Thanks to you all.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Loved that they did a happy hour type service. That was an added bonus. Had a little pantry / market in case you forgot anything. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back into town.

i've stayed here several times and i will always keep coming back when i'm in st. louis. it's easy to get to, in a convenient location, and the parking is easy. the hotel itself is clean, the staff are nice, the lobby space is beautiful, and the breakfast is probably the best included one i've really had. i've never had an issue with the room either.

This hotel is an EXCELLANT choise for families with children age 0-11years! From the pool and the hot tub to the free meals with food that caters to kids (ie mac and cheese, tacos, waffles and unhealthy cereals) I could see why so many kids filled the halls. The staff was VERY freindly and helpful. The fitness center was completely empty when I used it and it was very clean. For a couple in our late 40's we found the free food not worth it as we strive for healthier meals but did enjoy a nice free cup of wine before diner. It was a great value for the location, the Metro link was great for getting to Forest park, stadium/arch, airport and only a $11 Lyft ride to the botanical garden. Walk to the Union station Hotel for enjoying starbucks under the beautiful ceiling.
