We didn't spend much time at the hotel. The pillows were awful, chunks of foam, only 3 of them on each bed. The shower rod was falling off the wall and so the curtain didn't close and the bathroom was flooded. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. The hallways and our room were very dark. Carpet stained and shredded on edges. No vent in the bathroom. Beds comfy but pullout was the worst - even for a pullout.

Their plumbing is not appropriate for a hotel charging that much per night. Absolute price gouging because of a busy weekend in the area. A shower in the adjacent hotel room made a piercing sound that woke me up both mornings.

Not worth inflated prices

It was family weekend at several local colleges so the prices were already inflated but we paid for 2 rooms, booked early and requested they be near eachother since we were traveling with our children and a baby. The room keys didn’t work and when we finally got help- we realized one room was already occupied and the person staying in that room was obviously unhappy. We had to take a room several floors up and the hotel was old and not well kept with a musty smell.

I stayed there with my wife and two of my kids. Our neighbors came around midnight obnoxiously loud and waking everyone up. After about an hour I heard security at their door (they must have woken up other guests, too) and they got quiet, but only for a bit. I woke up again around 3:00 AM to them being ridiculously loud and I called the front desk. After about 20 minutes they were finally quiet. If the hotel tolerates people like this, then they lose customers like me.

Staff was wonderful - friendly & helpful. Past the lobby area, the property looks a bit dilapidated. The pool area was very worn, with chipped paint, poor ventilation and almost cloudy water. The rooms are clean and bright. Hallways and carpets are worn and in need of some attention. Fair price for a comfortable nights sleep but no extras for sure.

We had a nice stay. The heated pool was great! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only issue I had was with breakfast. The hot food was cold and there were only 2 waffle makers. It was a very long wait for me to get my kids breakfast. You have ample space for a second waffle station. At least move the existing one as it crowded the flow of traffic.
