We originally booked a different hotel in Tulum that was not safe. We last minute booked to stay here. They upgraded our room, luxury spa, and treatment. Helped us get a car to explore the town and easy pick up for excursions.

This Hotel Resort was perfect. They had it all… Great service, nice hospitality, it was very clean and they provided everything that we needed and more. My only gripe would be that the food was below average. But it is as expected when considering they are putting quantity over quality. Overall Princess is a GREAT stay.

For the price that we paid the service was not what we expected! The room that we got it was to far and we had to walk 20-25 min every day because the shuttle pass every 30 min, unless if you are VIP. That’s another reason why we are not staying there anymore the staff discriminates you just for the color or the wristband plus we saw a rat, my sister had cockroaches in her room, we all get sick from diarrhea for the food! Not good at all for the price !

This was such an amazing resort! The staff was great they helped me with so many different things from activities to the taxi ride to the ferry at the end of our stay. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting the best vacation spot. My only complaint is the ATM that allows you to get pesos will only allow you to get 200 pesos which is about $10 US dollars.

Me and wife really liked the property and pool access from our room was awesome! Food was good and sometimes great. One thing that upset us was that we were accused of damaging their sofa and the hotel wanted to charge us $200! What saved us was that my wife had take. Video of the room when we arrived! So please do the same…look for any damages and stains or report it right away when you arrive. Also, the Taxis rates are stupidly high! We like to get out and enjoy the city and this kept us from going out more often.

This rrsort is full of wild animals that come right into your room. The amell of the rooms is totally umexceptable mold and mildew is bad. Room service cost extra and has a very basis menu. Not handicapped friendly
