Poor communication and process
I actually did not stay at this property. Upon following the instructions provided to me, I called the number and then was directed to communicate via messages through VRBO. This is not the best way to communicate with someone traveling alone trying to check in to their rented property due to delays in messaging. The property management company was unable to remotely unlock the door so the options were to wait an hour or to go to a different location. After sending some pictures I did go to the other location. The instructions for that location were not great, and I was trying to read and find this new place in the dark. Additionally I needed to download another app to be able to get in and out of the property. That property was clean, however the internet did not work, which is a problem when the TVs necessitate the internet to work. I messaged the company on Sunday night, after already not having internet for over 24 hours. I did not receive a response until the following day close to noon. They said they would contact the internet company and get back to me. I never heard back from them, however I did find that on Tuesday the TVs were working. It would have been nice to have known when that was fixed. I would not recommend renting any property from this property management company.
