It was a crazy day due to the Microsoft cyber security problem, the flight was delayed and we arrived hotel around midnight. Finally got into the room to find out that the room was not ready. All other rooms are full so we can’t change room. The staff were helpful and were able to find someone to clean the room, but still we wait a while and exhausted after a long day trip.

Wouldn’t choose this one again….
This was a very stressful stay. There are 2 hotels built in one, so it gets very confusing. I had several discrepancies with payments, which was maddening. Worst of all parking is ridiculously expensive and not at all user friendly. Staff members told me conflicting information about parking rates. The hotel was, however, very clean and well kept. I would not stay here again.

The room was really cozy, nice and cool. We loved the bar downstairs. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and will return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel.
