We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Signiel Seoul. Roy was thoughtful and an outstanding partner to us as concierge, including helping us with dinner onsite and advice on KTX and ITX trains. Philip at Bicena was also an incredible host to us for dinner and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this well appointed and beautiful hotel.

The hotel stay was excellent—very safe and quiet, with exceptional hospitality from the staff. The location was ideal, surrounded by iconic shopping malls and great dining options, many of which had direct access to metro stations below. The only downside was that I couldn’t earn points or benefits through the hotel’s membership program because the booking was made through a third party. It would be perfect if Expedia partnered more closely with major hotel chains to allow loyalty recognition. Otherwise, the experience was outstanding.
