"This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave at 0600 the next morning so we didn't have time for breakfast the second morning. We tried to take some apples after breakfast the first day so we had something to eat on the second morning, but the breakfast manager was very rude and just kept saying "no". We paid for breakfast, sir!!! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience. The train and subway station is right across Garibaldi Square and you can easily walk up into the incredibly vibrant little streets of Napoli!! Please don't be afraid of visiting Naples. It is crowded and noisy and dirty by the train station, but so incredibly beautiful everywhere else and we never felt unsafe. "

"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

We easily did day trips to other nearby towns, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic and affordable tour of the Amalfi Coast for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, even remembering us each day, which made our stay feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! "
