The staff at this property were lovely and very helpful. We noticed upon arrival that the room was really warm, and we were told that they don't turn the AC on anymore because it's October now. However, it was still warm outside. They suggested opening our balcony door but it was right on the train tracks so incredibly noisy and also let some mosquitos in. I did let them know that we wouldn't have stayed here if we had known that the AC would not be an option.

Very nice clean rooms but small. Water in the fridge cost more than expected, front desk staff barely spoke English and had a hard time getting an itemized receipt (for work). Too noisy outside to keep windows open, constant honking cars all night, not the hotel’s fault, just the city. Lots of restaurants right outside the door and heavy police presence at all times to make you feel safe. There is a small gym but it’s a confusing building to navigate.

Wow, this is a four-star property, the area around the hotel Square and train station left us with a very unsafe feeling. The driver told us to take off our jewelry when we got out of the car if that says anything. Having said that, the property is very clean, The rooms are small yet nice.

We selected Terminus for its convenient and central location and 24 hour front desk service/ check-in. We had a late flight arrival making this location ideal for quick bus trip from airport. Complimentary bottle of wine and expansive continental breakfast were fantastic. Room locks were in process of being swapped out so we did have trouble with room access. This issue is likely resolved but wanted to note as possible frustration for future travelers.

Great room! Large, comfortable bed. Nice big shower. Wonderful little walk-in closet. The view from the balcony was epic. We were given a nice bottle of white wine as a welcome gift which absolutely hit the spot. We wanted to be near the train station for easy access to travel and this hotel is literally next door. Easy short bus ride to the airport as well,
