I stayed here for a week. Beautiful grounds, excellent restaurant and staff! I used the spa and had excellent service. Shout out to Karen in the spa who went above and beyond. No matter who your server was at any meal they were absolutely wonderful! It’s an older property and the walls are thin so if the people next to you are noisy it is rather difficult to fall asleep. Property is quiet and the Verde shuttles run from there every hour saving you the stress of finding parking! I had a standard king room. For all the reviews that said no view that’s simply not true. I had a big window which looked out over the beautiful grounds and to my left the beautiful red rock!

Perfect for a wedding
Sedona is a beautiful place, and this property shows it off well. They have open green throughout with beautiful big trees and little ponds. At night we were able to sit and enjoy each other at the outdoor fireplace. We were there attending a wedding in Sedona and the property was perfect to take their wedding photos at. Everybody we encountered from the front desk to the bar was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Hotel advertised online pictures did not reflect the actual facility. Although the Lobby area was updated and nice, the whole facility needs to be updated. Front desk staff were on their cell phone and not attentive. We were looking forward to the stargazing activity, but it was just a guy in the parking lot with binoculars and telescope including a table with a tip jar.

Maid service was terrible. All they did was remove trash and replace towels. No beds made. No vacuuming. Sinks weren’t wiped down. Broken towel rack in bathroom (room 117). Long black hair in tub when we arrived. The restaurant was fantastic.

Poco Diablo is a great option when staying in Sedona. If you prefer a quieter location, this would be great for you. I did wish it was more walkable. The room was good- a typical hotel room. We enjoyed the balcony. The shining star of the hotel is the restaurant. We ate there for breakfast every morning and it was always amazing. We also had a delicious dinner there. Lastly, we did book a massage, which was great.

The views from the hotel were amazing. The property was very quiet and you felt isolated (in a good way) yet it is still very close to downtown Sedona and the trailheads in the area.
