Day service was good, food was good at the bar.
Night service was horrid. Understaffed, took about an 1hr to obtain the car from Valet. They requested we page Valet but the pager was near the front desk.
Property was very clean. Nice workout area, nice restaurant and bar. Property was very comfortable for the price point.

Parking is difficult to find and expensive. I us d the valet parking service one night and the valet wasn’t there late the next night so I found parking elsewhere, but at checkout the hotel tried to charge me two nights for valet parking when I only used the service once.
The mattress of one of the queen beds was terrible as was the sofa mattress.
Probably wouldn’t stay there again.
This spot was perfect for walking to bars, dinners, the events they had going around, it felt safe and the staff was so nice

Our room did not have an iron. The steam iron was not working, bathroom smells a lot like clorox. Unfortunately incident with night security guard. While we were at lobby looks like he was going to take his lunch. On one of the big tables we were sitting by. One of my friends pull a chair near by were he place his lunch. And he became argumentative demanding his chair even though they were more chairs in the back of the lobby but according to him that spot is were he decide to take his lunch and will not going to give away his chair..we could not believe the security guard was making a big deal over 1 chair when they were a lot of empty tables and chairs behind him.. we ended up going to our rooms.
Everything was amazing. I would definitely go back. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it. The shower was amazing better than the one I have at home. Everything was clean and neat. The only two bad things I would have to say would be the parking sucks and the ice machine didn’t work.

The rooms have a very loud refrigerator in them that hums all night. The noise from the street kept me up until midnight and I was on the top floor. The restaurant is ok but nothing special. It was a safe location and the elevators are secured. All in all, over priced for what it is and I wouldnt stay again.
We overnighted for an event near by. We experienced good food from the bar and a very typical breakfast spread. Had hoped the breakfast would have been a little more.
Checkin was easy. Parking a nightmare and $42/night. Trash picked up outside my room at 6:15 am. For 30 minutes! Sounded like it was in my room. So much for a good night sleep! Wouldn’t stay here again. Homeless people everywhere. No easy parking. But breakfast was nice.
