Unequivocally, a lovely resort in a magnificent location. Great food at all restaurants. Convenient coffee shop. However, we had exceptionally slow service at the Che ah Che restaurant with over 70 minutes wait between our starter and entree. We complained to the maitre d and the food immediately appeared, although we were no longer hungry and falling asleep by this time. Additionally, despite the beautiful location and outstanding views, we would not have booked at the resort if we had known that we would have only a very noisy fold-out bed in our suite. If we want to hear the sound elephants bouncing on a rusty trampoline, we will go to the zoo not pay $600 per night!!

Incredible views and close to so many trails. The resort is a little removed from the heart of Sedona so it was very quiet and private. The architecture makes it feel like its part of the landscape. I can't imagine better views of the red rocks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the enchantment. The property is gorgeous. There were more kids than we expected as we thought it might be a bit more quiet romantic getaway vibe. So, being off season, the price was decent. Drinks are extremely overpriced in my opinion, but it is a fancy resort, so not too surprised. The hikes that are walkable from the resort were amazing. The staff and grounds overall were excellent.

While the spa area is beautiful, the cabins are run down and in a need of a good cleaning. The decks especially had exposed nailheads and were extremely dirty.

Let me say I am a huge fan of the Enchantment being a local Arizonian. The surroundings , amenities and being able to “stay put” while still gathering the Sedona charm is all there. What is missing? Their attention to service . Most hired are from other countries who have no idea the lay of the land or how to answer basic guest questions. Not to say they aren’t “friendly” as they are yet they don’t know how to properly help the guests. Having the spa is a great bonus as well but if your not 16 you can’t enjoy the beauty of those amenities , mainly having another restaurant to choose from .. to be honest the restaurants on site don’t match up to the cost of those meals .. they are good not great . Service again hit or miss for a “fine dining “ experience. Needless to say we dont go for the cuisine which is unfortunates because once there you don’t want to leave. If I could give any constructive feedback I suggest properly training the staff with a very solid customer service focus and getting a menu with the quality of what your paying for .. $70 for pork chops with no side dishes doesnt compare to other fine dining experiences. That said , it still remains a favorite for our family even if we have to eat elsewhere..

We has a connecting room to our Casita that had a crying baby in it. This happened the first two nights of our stay. The steamroom in the Mens Spa at Mii amo was not functioning.
